No Bake Oreo Cheesecake


1 cup crushed OREO Original Cookies
50g butter, melted
500g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup caster sugar
3 teaspoons gelatine, dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup cream, lightly whipped
100g OREO* Chocolate Crème Cookies, crushed
50g OREO* Chocolate Crème Cookies, extra, roughly chopped

1. COMBINE the crushed oreos and butter and press into a lined 20cm springform pan. Chill while preparing the batter. 

1. BEAT the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
2. Fold in the gelatine mixture, lemon juice, cream and OREO* Chocolate Creme Cookie crumbs.
3. POUR the filling into the prepared crust, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with extra OREOs.
4. Refrigerate for another for 2 hours or until set.

Optional: toppings like choco chips/nuts

You can also mix nutella (if you want nutella flavor)

No Bake Brownie

Yes, you heard it right! This is a an easy no bake brownie which can surely satisfy your palate. 


50g Sugar (may reduce sugar level, if you wish to) 
30g Flour 9ml Cocoa (good quality) 
1/2 tsp 1 pinch of Salt 30ml oil (2tbsp) 
45ml water 

Optional : Chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, nuts etc 

How to make: 
1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mug/small bowl. 
2. Add oil & water and mix together until it's well incorporated. 
3. Fold in any optional ingredients 
4. Place in a microwave for minutes 
5. Topping of your choice, ice cream or whipped cream Enjoy!

Nutella Muffins

Do you want to try an easy muffin recipe by just using 3 ingredients only? 
This is so easy to make that I'm sure your kids and guests will surely enjoy it.

 375g Nutella (may reduce to 215g) 
 100g Self Raising Flour 
 3 Eggs
 Milk (optional) 

 1. Mix all ingredients to gether 
 2. Pour to cupcake molders/cups 
 3. Bake at 180C for 20 mins 

You may also topped with ice cream or any of your desired toppings.

Voila! Your yummy nutella muffins are ready to serve!
